Responsibilities
Lead power electronics products through architecture, design, validation, certification, manufacturing ramp-up, and production. Develop converter systems and control solutions, troubleshoot technical issues, support compliance, evaluate emerging technologies, and mentor engineers.
Requirements
Requires an Electrical Engineering education or a related discipline and at least 10 years of hands-on power electronics design and development experience, including technical leadership and product lifecycle ownership. Candidates should have strong converter and control-system expertise, knowledge of power components and compliance, proficiency with simulation tools, and strong debugging and communication skills.
