We proudly represent TELUS, one of Canada's most recognized and trusted brands, and we're ready to invest in people who are ready to invest in themselves.

Whether you're a recent college graduate, someone exploring a new career path, or a professional with work experience, this opportunity is designed to help you build valuable skills and is designed to help you build confidence, skills, and consistent income, even without prior sales experience.

Bonus & Incentive Opportunities

Up to $600/week Training Bonus
Earn $100 per full day worked, up to $600/week. Eligibility and program terms apply.
Up to $1,200 Toward Tuition
Eligible student reps can earn up to $1,200 toward tuition by selling 3 new RGUs per week. Must declare student status and be enrolled for September to December 2026. Contest terms apply.

What You’ll Be Doing

Represent TELUS Communications through The Acquisition Group
Engage with customers through direct, door to door community outreach
Identify customer needs and recommend TELUS home and connectivity solutions
Build trust through professional, respectful conversations
Work toward clearly defined daily and weekly performance goals

Hands-on training and continuous mentorship
Structured training from day one - no sales experience required
Clear expectations and measurable goals (you’ll always know where you stand)
Daily team support and leadership guidance (you’re never left guessing)
A performance-driven environment that values effort, consistency, and growth
Opportunities to advance into leadership and higher-earning roles over time

Who We’re Looking For

Friendly, dependable individuals who enjoy working with people
Strong communication skills (we’ll help you sharpen them)
Comfortable in a face-to-face, customer-focused environment
