Company Overview
I'm currently partnering with a privately held Canadian lumber manufacturing company to hire a Maintenance Manager for its established industrial operation in Delta, BC. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on maintenance leader to take ownership of an established maintenance team, strengthen preventative and predictive maintenance programs, and make a meaningful impact on overall equipment reliability.
The facility is entering a significant investment period, with approximately $50+ million in capital projects planned over the next 4-5 years, creating an exciting opportunity to play a key role in equipment modernization and the evolution of the maintenance function.

- Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience.
- Red Seal Millwright or Electrician strongly preferred.
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting capabilities.
- Experience with preventative maintenance, predictive maintenance and reliability programs.
