At Oxygen8, we’re driven by a simple mission: to make indoor spaces healthier and buildings more energy-efficient. Our 100% electric ventilation systems improve air quality, reduce carbon footprints, and help people feel safe and comfortable in the spaces where they live, work, and play.
Since 2019, we’ve grown from a single solution into a portfolio of flexible systems designed for how buildings are actually built and used. We value creativity, collaboration, and ownership – here, your ideas can shape solutions that make a real difference.
Working at Oxygen8 means joining a fast-moving, innovative team where problem-solving and continuous improvement are part of the culture. Our momentum has been recognized along the way: in 2025, we were named Vancouver’s #1 fastest-growing company, and in 2024, we earned Company of the Year – Scale from the BC Tech Association, ranked #1 in Clean Technology on the Deloitte Technology Fast 50, and #28 on the Deloitte Technology Fast 500.
