About the Company
Our client is a small, established manufacturing company in Delta, British Columbia looking for an HR Manager to support their growing team. In a smaller business, HR is about more than policies and paperwork. It's about knowing the people, working through issues as they come up and helping managers keep things running smoothly.
About the Role
This role will work closely with employees and leadership across the business, supporting everything from hiring and onboarding to employee concerns and day-to-day HR needs. They're looking for someone who is approachable, practical and comfortable rolling up their sleeves to get things done. This is a broad HR role in a small business where you'll get to know the team and see the impact of your work. Some days you'll be focused on hiring, while other days you'll be helping a manager work through an employee issue or dealing with the practical details that keep the business running. The right person will enjoy that variety, be comfortable making decisions and know when to bring leadership into the conversation. If you enjoy working in a hands-on environment where relationships matter and your contribution makes a difference, we'd like to hear from you.
