Vancouver Mitsubishi / Company of Cars is looking for ambitious, motivated, and tech-savvy Sales Consultants to join our growing team!
As a family-owned dealership with a strong reputation in premium automotive sales since 2008, we offer a 12,000-square-foot indoor showroom featuring a large selection of new Mitsubishi vehicles and premium pre-owned inventory.
We're not just looking for traditional car salespeople. We want modern sales professionals who can build relationships, leverage technology, generate their own leads, and turn opportunities into sales.
No automotive experience? No problem! Candidates with backgrounds in call centers, telecommunications, financial services, retail, and other sales-driven industries are strongly encouraged to apply.
What You'll Do
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
- Generate new business through Facebook Marketplace, social media, personal networks, and customer referrals.
- Manage customer leads, appointments, and follow-ups using our dealership CRM.
- Convert phone calls, online inquiries, and social media conversations into showroom appointments.
- Leverage AI tools, automation, and digital technology to improve prospecting and sales productivity.
- Build lasting customer relationships and consistently achieve sales targets.
Who We're Looking For
- Sales Experience: Previous experience in automotive, retail, telecommunications, financial services, or other sales professions is an asset.
- Call Centre Experience: Outbound sales, appointment setting, and telephone-based sales experience are highly valued.
- CRM Experience: Candidates with previous experience using CRM software to manage leads, pipelines, and customer follow-ups will receive strong consideration.
- Social Media Savvy: Comfortable using Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, and social networks to generate leads and build business.
- AI & Technology: Familiarity with ChatGPT, AI-powered tools, and sales automation is a strong advantage.
- Self-Motivated: Goal-oriented, coachable, organized, and proactive in creating your own sales opportunities.
- Strong Communicator: Confident on the phone, skilled at building relationships, and comfortable handling objections.
- Licensing: Valid BC Class 5 driver's license with a clean driver's abstract. Must hold or be eligible to obtain a VSA salesperson license.
