Elliot Boulin

Elliot Boulin founded Hemlock Painting after training in residential painting. The company is based in Vancouver, and its current service-area list explicitly includes Burnaby, Coquitlam and Richmond. His apprenticeship began in 2002 under a second-generation master home painter from Spain. His biography emphasizes the practical trade skills, attention to detail and pride in workmanship that he learned through that experience. After obtaining Red Seal certification, he established Hemlock Painting on Hemlock Street in Vancouver. The published company history describes interior and exterior home-painting work in the Lower Mainland, with a team of full-time trained painters. His stated approach is to respect clients’ homes, provide careful work and make the painting process straightforward.
