Julie Emery

Julie Emery provides in-home dog training in Burnaby and the Tri-Cities, including Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam and Port Moody, as well as North and East Vancouver. Her biography describes a background in self-employment, volunteering and ski instruction, with an emphasis on patience and communication. Her own experience with a reactive dog that pulled on lead, despite earlier puppy classes, encouraged her to help other families. She works on behaviour in the home and neighbourhood, including separation-related concerns, crate routines, reactivity, walking and everyday obedience. Bark Busters identifies her as a certified Behaviour Therapist and Trainer within its system. The local page describes an initial home session of about two to two and a half hours, including assessment, owner coaching and a written practice plan, with follow-up support arranged as needed. Pricing is described as a flat fee per dog; confirm the amount and the company’s Life Of Dog Support terms before booking. Progress depends on the dog and consistent practice. Contact 604-475-1359 or send a request using the linked local training page. Describe your dog, the behaviour concerns and your location. Ask for the current quote, coverage and appointment options.
