Coby (Dunbar Painting)

Coby founded Dunbar Painting in 2009, developing it from a seasonal painting business into a year-round residential practice. The current service list explicitly includes Burnaby and Richmond, with the business primarily serving Vancouver. He began painting as a summer job while studying at the University of British Columbia, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts. After graduating, he decided to combine his practical painting knowledge with entrepreneurship and establish his own company. His published biography describes almost twenty years in the industry at the time it was written. His approach emphasizes care, respect for clients’ time and following through on commitments. Project planning involves understanding the client’s expectations, discussing colour and product choices and establishing an estimate. The business describes using employees rather than subcontractors and keeping communication open throughout the work. Outside work, Coby enjoys time with his family and keeping and maintaining tropical fish tanks. Call the shared business number, 604-788-3382, and request Coby, or use Dunbar Painting’s contact page. Include the Burnaby or Richmond location, surfaces, desired finish, timing and access requirements to discuss a residential painting project.
