Coordinate client registration, caregiver scheduling, and service delivery.
Support recruitment and onboarding of personal support workers and other care professionals.
Track billable hours, client registrations, revenue, and operational expenses.
Maintain service quality records and prepare regular performance reports.
Support the program's progression toward financial self-sufficiency.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in healthcare administration, business, social services, or a related field.
Two to four years of relevant experience in home care, healthcare coordination, community services, or business development.
