Description

Join a Growing Force in Recruitment

At MatchBox, we connect top talent with leading organizations across Canada and the Americas. Recognized as one of the fastest-growing firms in our industry, our Technical Division (Construction, Engineering, Resources, Operations) is expanding and we’re looking for driven Business Development Professionals to join our Vancouver team. This is your chance to work with a high-performing group, build lasting client partnerships, and play a pivotal role in shaping growth in a dynamic and competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage strong client relationships, earning trust through consistent, high-quality service.
Develop new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and market insights.
Partner with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
Expand your professional network while representing MatchBox with credibility and expertise.

Qualifications

Proven sales experience, ideally from sectors such as construction, energy, engineering, industrial services, accounting & finance, or professional services or a fast-paced, results oriented b2b sales environment. Experience in recruitment is nice to have but not required.
Demonstrated drive, accountability, and professionalism - balanced with creativity and transparency.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Post-secondary education in business, human resources, engineering, commerce, or a related field.

What We Offer

Competitive base salary plus commission, with a clear path to six-figure earnings in your first year.
Comprehensive medical and dental coverage for you and your family.
Ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
A collaborative, supportive culture where your impact is recognized and rewarded.

At MatchBox, we’re building careers and partnerships that last. If you’re motivated, relationship-focused, and ready to make your mark, we’d love to hear from you.
